Little Creek 001
Here, I've pulled the vent away from the trailer. There was no sealer or putty of any kind. I've since put some gray putty around the vent to keep any rain water from leaking into the trailer walls.

Washer Problem 003
I don't have a current picture, but they ended up putting a "y" connector in the line for the shower drain and plumbing the washer into the same line as the shower. See the following pictures for the original installation which caused the basem

Washer Problem 005
They used a soft, clear plastic hose from washer to tank. Here you can see the hose at the tank inlet. This installaion also leaked, causing another basement flood.
